Belgian beer is known globally as one of the best in the world, and this is your golden opportunity to gain an exciting insight into it with the help of a hugely knowledged guide.

Across 60 minutes, you and the lads go through what's involved in brewing some of the world's best beers. Find out how to properly taste a beer and what you should pair with each one. Taste five unique brews selected by your guide (optional, of course). And if you're interested, we can book a pub crawl around the capital for after.

What To Expect

The tasting will take place in a private old bar set around ten minutes walk from the well known Grand Place. Don't worry; we'll send over the address closer to the activity date.

An experienced guide will be waiting for your group at the bar, full of life and ready to give you a low down on the city's best beers. You should give yourselves at least 60 minutes for the tasting tour between the sampling, and if you have any additional questions, it might go on for a little longer.

Although this experience is centred around alcohol, it's very interesting and a treat for those who have a real interest in beer. You'll learn a wealth of information about the art of beer tasting in the company of an educated guide.

We offer an option for groups to embark on a bar crawl around Brussels after the tasting if they're interested. This will need to be organised in advance and paid for separately. It's a fantastic way to discover the drinking scene in Brussels and find some excellent locations for a couple of beers during your time there. If you're interested, please let us know as soon as possible.

What You Should Know Before Booking This Activity

• Please don't show up drunk to this activity. It will ruin the experience for everyone since there's a lot of storytelling and training involved.
• This is a public tour, so other people might be booked in with you. If you'd prefer a private tour, please contact us.
• The tour takes place in English only.
• We offer this tasting excursion every day at 7:45 PM, except for Tuesdays. Unfortunately, this time cannot be amended since it's a public tour. Private tour start times are more flexible.
