Rafting in Bucharest

If you're not the type of stag group that likes to drink all day and want to do something adventurous, you'll love our rafting experience. We'll take your crew out into the rural areas of Romania to explore by raft, flowing down rapids and through mountainous landscapes. Learn the basics of this action-packed sport and discover an untouched part of the country with a qualified local guide leading the way.

What to Expect

The rafting area is about 2.5 hours from Bucharest city centre. Your transport is included (to and from the location), but since it will be a long day, we suggest starting early to get the most out of it.

On arrival, you'll receive an in-depth safety demonstration, learn how to use the rafts, and be given the appropriate gear. Once you get out onto the river, the tour will last for 2 and a half hours. This will be plenty of time to fully enjoy the nature and highlights of the area without rushing.

Afterwards, you'll then need to make the journey back to Bucharest, but this won't cut into your rafting time.

What You Should Know Before Booking This Activity

• No prior rafting experience is required to take part in this activity.
• Please make sure to bring a spare change of clothes as well as swimming trunks and towels because you'll get wet.
• Don't forget to pack sunscreen, snacks, and lots of water.
• As well as having an instructor conducting the tour, one of our guides will be with you for the entire trip.
