Walk a Few Miles, Drink a Few Glasses!

Lace up your boots and sip your way through the great outdoors in Cologne on a wine hike for your stag do.

Who needs** a pub crawl** when you can have a wine-filled adventure out in nature? If you're into your vino and enjoy a bit of trekking, this experience has your name written all over it.

You'll tackle a scenic 5–6 km trail through rural Germany, with four wine stops along the way where you’ll dive into the region’s wine-growing traditions and, of course, sample the good stuff for yourself. To keep things exciting, fun quizzes and games will be offered throughout the hike to ensure everyone stays sharp and on track to the finish line.

The whole experience will be guided through a mobile app, which we'll give you access to 4 days beforehand. This will outline your route so you know where to go and also display an interactive video featuring a sommelier describing each wine.

Beforehand, we'll send you a cooling rucksack so you can keep your wines cold during the hike and have plenty of storage space for any other items you'd like to bring.

What You Should Know Before Booking This Activity

• This activity is only available in German.
• All the materials you need will be sent ahead of time, including a gorgeous rucksack that you can use to carry everything.
• Please wear comfortable footwear, as you'll be walking through rugged terrain.
• Each rucksack covers six people. They all come with 4 x 0.7 litre bottles of wine. It also comes with plastic cups you can use on the day. However, if you prefer to bring your own wine glasses, you can do so free of charge.
