What to Expect

The experience begins with an 80-minute yoga class designed to get your blood flowing and help your body move more freely. You'll work through plenty of beginner-friendly stretching exercises while focusing on your breathing. It's a great way to awaken your imagination before the painting class.

Next is the art workshop, but before you start, you'll have a ten-minute break to reset, enjoy a refreshing non-alcoholic drink, and have a light snack. After the break, you'll be given either acrylic or watercolour paints (depending on availability), and then it's time to get to work.

The painting session lasts another 80 minutes, giving you plenty of time to bring your artistic vision to life. At the end, you can share your masterpiece with the group and explain why you chose to create it. Since you've put in the hard work, you can also take your artwork home as well.

Now that your minds and bodies have had a chance to recharge, you'll be ready to enjoy more of what Cologne has to offer.
