You'll be guided by a sommelier at the famed Roe & Co Distillery and shown exactly what's involved in creating your own signature mix. You'll learn the ins and outs of the process and find out ways to transform it into a specially made cocktail. Afterwards, you'll get to try some of Roe & Co's finest yourselves with three different samples poured for everyone, which will set you up nicely for a night out in Copper Face Jack's later on.
