This will be a four-and-a-half-hour sitting, including five courses of deliciously prepared food just for your group. Here's what you can expect.

• Course one: Confectionery items to ease you into things.

Along with your food, every person in your stag group gets a Cellar Mastery drinks package with unlimited consumption, so you can drink as much as you like from 7 PM to 11:30 PM.
