What to Expect

Hire your own boat for five hours and enjoy Cologne from the water. You’ll spend a total of five hours on board, with four of those hours cruising. Throughout the trip, a wide spread of finger food and drinks will be available for your group. Here’s what’s included in the package:

Cold finger food:

• Smoked salmon rose with wasabi mayonnaise
• Andalusian gazpacho with herb croutons
• Smoked beetroot carpaccio with rocket, truffle oil, and freshly shaved truffle

Warm finger food:

• Salmon on cauliflower purée with wild garlic mayonnaise
• Lamb skewer with thyme and honey
• Tonka bean panna cotta with strawberry and rhubarb ragout or white chocolate mousse with chocolate shavings
