Bump and grind up and down a metal pole for sixty minutes and let some of it be recorded and photographed with a professional camera for memories. What To Expect

Pump yourselves up and make your way over to our pole dancing studio. It's located in the city centre of Munich, so you won't have any issue finding it. 

Waiting at the studio will be a qualified instructor who's well used to spinning around a pole, along with their backup team, to give them a hand with you newbies. There will be a bit of a welcome brief as well as some bubbly provided to your girls to loosen them up before their performance.

The dancing session will last for 60 minutes and involve the likes of warming up exercises, dos and don'ts, spins and flicks, ways of getting some height on the pole itself, and other seductive poses that your man back home will adore.

After you've grasped some new skills, there will be a 15 minute photo and film session so you have solid proof that you are now officially a sexy pole dancer. Imagine playing this on the bride's big day in front of her family and husband. A few jaws will be on the floor, that's for sure.

What You Should Know Before Booking This Activity

• There's no minimum or maximum participant requirement for the pole dancing activity to go ahead.
• Plan at least an hour and a half of your time for the activity. It might be a bit of a challenge to get the bride off the pole when she's having the time of her life.
