Get your metal armour on, boys, and let your stag live out his Game of Thrones fantasies at a medieval feast in Budapest. Visit one of the Hungarian capital's most unique restaurants. Everything revolves around the medieval period, from the delectable food that's to die for to the insanely cool clothes that the staff wear while serving your grub. Your delicious banquet will include a hot bowl of soup, a large platter with a choice of different foods, and crispy sweet strudel for the sweet tooth. And we can't leave you boys going thirsty, so there will be two ice cold beers thrown in.

What To Expect

Your group will head over to the restaurant where the medieval dinner will take place. It's centrally located, so finding it won't be too difficult. All forms of public transport will be able to take you there, or you can walk if you're close enough.

Upon arrival, mention to the person working on the door that you have a reservation and give them your name. They'll take you to your table, where the feast will take place.

As everyone is seated, the waiter / waitress will hand you the set menu to show you what you're in for. Soon after, your first of two ice cold beers will be brought to you. Each person can ask for their second whenever they feel like it. Soft drinks, mineral water, or coffee are also available instead of beer if someone in the group doesn't drink alcohol.

The set menu contains a couple of courses. Here's how it will be served :

• Course one - A piping hot bowl of soup
• Course two - A large platter with a variety of dishes for everyone to choose from
• Course Three - A luscious strudel if you still have room for dessert

Overall, the meal will last for about an hour and a half, depending on how fast everyone eats, and there will be a medieval show for you to enjoy once you finish up eating. Your stag group can leave after you're all finished and continue the stag celebrations at one of the many bars around the area.
